Waffa was a student in Series 4, she was shown to be friends with Janeece Bryant.
She is first seen in Series 4 Episode 15, when she looks out the classroom window and witnesses Rose Kelly slapping Tom Clarkson outside, which Waffa loudly reacts in amusement to, alerting the whole class to the incident.
Waffa is upset in Series 4 Episode 16 when Janeece shows up wearing a hijab to school, due to how the school treated her following her boob job. Waffa later apologises to Janeece for being aggressive explaining that Janeece would not be the first person to make fun of her for her hijab. She questions why Janeece is wearing the hijab explaining that she is treating it like fancy dress.
