Stuart Cooper is the ex-husband of Nikki Boston and the father of Eve Boston.
Eve was raised believing that her mother was dead, but when she found out that Nikki was in fact alive, she ran away from her and Stuart's home to find her. Stuart is first seen when Nikki calls him in to take Eve home, but she refuses to go with him, telling him that she hates him, until Nikki reveals that she had wanted an abortion all those years ago, and that Stuart convinced her not to, and that they made an agreement that Stuart would bring Eve up, and that Nikki had asked him to tell Eve that she was dead, because she thought it would be easier than her growing up thinking that her mother did not want her.
Stuart is last seen driving Eve home.

- Stuart was portrayed by Daniel Brocklebank, who is best known for his role as Billy Mayhew in Coronation Street. Brocklebank previously appeared in Waterloo Road in Series 7 Episode 2 as LEA rep Karl Johnson.
