Series 5 of Waterloo Road consisted of 20 Episodes. Its main plot centres around a merger between Waterloo Road and local private school John Fosters, which creates a growing gang war, arrival of new executive head Max Tyler, constantly at argument with Rachel Mason, and the case of Lindsay and Emily James, whose father has been murdered, with their mother as the prime suspect.
