Noel Parkin was a student at Waterloo Road who appeared in Series 2 Episode 8. He is seen going on the work experience day alongside Maxine Barlow, Stacey Appleyard, Donte Charles, Janeece Bryant and Chlo Grainger.
He is Maxine's drug dealer. Although Maxine is trying to get clean he keeps trying to coax her into taking drugs. When Maxine is accused of stealing the shop owners money and moves back into the car wreck she had previously been living in, Noel offers her a deal on the drugs, stating that it would be, 'a cold night without them.'
Steph comes to rescue Maxine and calls after Noel but he flees.
Noel is not seen again.
Trivia
- Noel's actor Reece Noi would later go on to play the role of bad boy Earl Kelly in Series 4. Earl would go on to date and eventually shoot and kill Maxine.
