Judith Barker (born 22 June 1943) is an English actress who had two roles in Waterloo Road, first as Estelle Cooper in Series 1 and later as Grace Drummond in Series 10, giving her the distinction of being the only actor to appear in both the first and final series of the original run of the show.

Best known for her roles as Janet Barlow in Coronation Street and Agatha Finn in Emmerdale, Barker's other credits include Crossroads, Brookside, Scully, The Practice, Hollyoaks, Miss Potter, Shameless, Scott & Bailey, Birds of a Feather, Rovers, Peter Kay's Car Share and Warren.
