Ian Aspinall (born 1961) is an English actor who had two roles in Waterloo Road, first as Sambuca Kelly's oncologist Mr Kanda in Series 7 and later as Hassan Bukhari in Series 10.

Outside of Waterloo Road, Aspinall's other credits include The Fragile Heart, Peak Practice, Invasion: Earth, Supply & Demand, East Is East, The Bill, City Central, Time Gentlemen Please, Silent Witness, Killing Me Softly, Casualty, Holby City, 31 North 62 East and Kursk.
