Finlay MacMillan (born 16 April 1996) is a Scottish actor who had two roles in Waterloo Road, first as an unnamed pupil in Series 8 and later as Dale Jackson in Series 10.

Outside of Waterloo Road, MacMillan has also starred in River City, Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children, The Dark Mile, Penny on M.A.R.S. and Swipe Fever.
