Ceallach "Cel" Spellman (born 31 August 1995) is an English actor who portrayed Harry Fisher in Waterloo Road.
Career[]
Best known for his role as Matthew Williams in Cold Feet, Spellman has also starred in Blue Murder, Casualty, Holby City, Cucumber and World on Fire.
He was also a presenter of various programmes on CBBC from 2011 to 2018, and co-presented a Sunday evening show on BBC Radio 1 from 2015 to 2020.
